General information for online hotel reservation

icon What are room categories?

Single Room   A single room is designed to accommodate one person only. The room contains one single bed or twin bed.
Double Room   A double room is designed to accommodate two people only. The room contains one queen or king size bed or if not available two single beds will be put together.
Twin Room   A twin room is also designed to accommodate two people only. The room contains two single beds or if not available, one queen or king size bed.
Triple Room   A triple room is designed to accommodate three people only. The room will contain either: one queen and one single bed or three single beds
Semi Room   Semi Room is a room where there is one double bed (bed for two persons) in the room but where this bed is smaller than a king size bed. A Semi Room is NOT a room with two single beds
Family Rooms   There are two main types of family rooms, as follows:
    Family Triple Room
    A triple room is designed to accommodate three people only. The room will contain either: One queen and one single bed/Three single beds
    Family Quad Room
    A quad room is designed to accommodate four people only. The room will contain either: Two queen beds/One queen and two single beds/Four single beds

Please specify which option you require when sending your reservation form. We can also assist you in seeking accommodation that can accommodate more than four people in a room. Please specify the number of people in your party when completing your reservation request form.

Note that all kinds of room category are on request and depend on room availability.

icon How are you charged by our rate?

The quoted rate is per room per night. The rate will apply to number of person you fill in the reservation form. It is for one person if you fill in one person and two persons charged if you fill in two persons.

Single = Price for one person
Double = Price for two persons
Triple = Price for three persons

icon What does Run of House or ROH mean?

If you book the Run of House (ROH) room type, the hotel will decide the room type for you. Normally the room of lowest category available will be offered.

icon What is a hotel voucher?

Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you confirmation voucher attached in the email detailing all the reservation and price conditions. We encourage you to printout this voucher and to present it at the time of your check-in.

Reservation process, Price, Payment and Policy

icon How can I make the online reservation?

  Choose your preferred hotel from our hotel list
  Start online booking by choose the check-in, number of nights that you want to stay, number of rooms, Room type and number of people will stay in the room and Click on “ Process “ button
  Fill up your information in the required fill and submit. Your reservation is up to room availability and is not confirm until you will get the confirmation mail from us.
  You will get our immediate email stated that your enquiry is transmitted successfully. Usually you will get it immediately or within 1 hr. If you do not get it, please contact us. Making sure that you have given us your e-mail address.
  If the room is available and your payment is processed, you will get the reservation confirmation by email.
  After we receive your enquiry we will contact your chosen hotel, it is our policy to reply to all enquiries within 24 to 48 hours (the time to response may be longer during high season, weekends, festival periods or special events) and to send you the hotel voucher in our confirmation email. In case your reservation is not accepted or not available, we will try our best to provide you with another comparable alternative if possible, but you are freely entitled whether to accept such alternative.

icon What option of payment I can pay?

You can pay by Credit card, Bang Transfer or PayPal. You will be charged only the hotel accept your booking, which we will notify you with our email and hotel voucher.

icon Can I make a reservation off line, what can I do?  

You can pay by Bank Transfer to any of below banks and fax the slip to us +66(2)8828753 or Scan and send us by Email. To confirm your fax, you can send us email info@gettheplae.com.

icon What if the hotel that I selected is not available?  

You will not be charged and we will inform you via email within 24 to 48 hours after placing your order.
 
icon What is the latest time that I can make my reservation?

We can only guarantee bookings made at least 2-working days (not including Sundays & Public holidays) before the check-in date (if the hotel has not already been fully booked).To guarantee your hotel booking, please make your online reservation earlier.

icon How far ahead can I book? Can I book say 12 months in advance?  

You can book up to 12 months in advance, but please ensure you remember you have made the reservation. Note that your credit card will be charged when you receive your email confirmation.

icon Can I specify my room preferences or special request?  

Your special request will be submitted to the hotel directly. The hotel staff will do their best to manage your special requests. We cannot guarantee that your requests will be granted because they will depend on the hotel availability.

icon How do I make a reservation for someone else?  

To complete a reservation for someone else, please fill in his or her name instead of yours in guest name. Use the billing address for the credit card you are using as the address. Do not forget to use your email address to receive your confirmation information. Note additional security checks may also apply. For credit card payment, the cardholder must be one of the guests checking in or must sign our card authorization form and fax this to us before your arrival at hotel you selected.

icon What happens to my hotel booking if my flight is delayed?  

Please inform the hotel directly as any additional or no charge will only depend on the hotel policy. Cancellation policies vary by hotels. It is stated in hotel cancellation policy of each hotel in within our site.

icon How do I know if my hotel reservation is confirmed?  

We will send you a confirmation email.

icon Do I need to confirm my booking with the hotel directly?  

You do not have to. The confirmation voucher printed from the confirmation mail is all you need.

icon What is your cancellation policy for hotel reservations?

Depend on each hotel policy. Please read the hotel policy of the hotel you selected.

For secure online payment, we use SecureSocketLayers (SSL) to ensure the privacy of the information provided to us. Your debit/credit card details transmitted encrypted over the internet. For further information, please refer to our privacy policy.

icon Are taxes included in the rate?

Yes. Taxes and service charges are included in our special Internet rates.

icon Are the rates the same for everyone?  

Rate is our site is for oversea guests not for Thai/ Local resident and citizens. Therefore, hotel shall have the right to refuse the quest upon check in or have the extra charge or apply walk-in rate with Thai/ Local resident and citizens on check in.

icon My credit card number is correct, but it is not accepted. Why?  

There are a few possibilities:
  The card expiration date precedes the reservation date.
  You have reached your credit limit.
  There is a computer error.

icon When will I be charged?  

Only the hotel accepts your booking, you will be charged. There is no charge, no fee to use our booking service for room reservations

icon What are the check in and check out times?  

Normal policy for hotels displayed on our web site is that check in time is from 2:00 PM (14:00 hrs.) and the check out time before Noon (12:00 hrs.).

icon Is breakfast included?  

It varies from hotel to hotel, but mostly is yes.

icon Can I have vegetarian food?  

Just provide us your special request in our reservation form. Your special request will be submitted to the hotel directly. The hotel staff will do their best to manage your special requests, however, we cannot guarantee.
