We are a registered company as a travel agency with Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) License No. 11/05776. This term and condition is the basis of your agreement with Gettheplace.com. Gettheplace.com, we, us, our mean Holiday Hub Co., Ltd. and you, your mean any and all persons using this site. As your access to this site, you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which may be modified from time to time.
We reserve our right to change these terms at any time and amendments will take effect when posted on this website. It is important that you read and understand these terms before using our services. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions, you must not proceed with your booking.
We may suspend access to our site, due to maintenance works, net security reason or force majeure, with no obligation to reimburse or compensate you for the period in which access was suspended.
To make a reservation, your must submit a reservation form and choose your payment method. At your information, you must ensure that the email address provide by you is correct and reachable. Confirmation of your enquiry will be made by us by email, usually be made within 1 business hours after you submit your reservation order. Then we will check availability with the hotel and reply to you by mail to confirm your reservation. It is our normal situation that we will reply to you within 24-48 hours (this time may be longer during high season, weekends, festival periods, or special events). In case your reservation is not accepted, we will try our best to provide you with another comparable alternative if possible, but you are freely entitled whether to accept such alternative.
Our confirmation email will serve as proof of valid reservation and it will contain relevant information of the reservation and particulars of the hotel concerned. Please read and check carefully all the information contained in our confirmation email to ensure that they conform to your reservation. You are required to show the hotel voucher when you check in at the hotel. The hotel voucher for your stay will be sent to your by email. Some hotels may require you to present the voucher on your arrival.
Your special requests will be passed on to related suppliers, which cannot be guaranteed by Gettheplace.com, unless otherwise stated. All booking or reservations are non-exchangeable and non-transferable except in such a case that we are agreed to process it.
The quoted rate is per room per night. The rate will apply to number of person you fill in the reservation form. It is for one person if you fill in one person and two persons charged if you fill in two persons.
Rate is our site is for oversea guest not for Thai/ Local resident and citizens. Therefore, hotel shall have the right to refuse the quest upon check in or have the extra charge or apply walk-in rate with Thai/ Local resident and citizens on check in.
Rates may be subject to change if the accommodation providers have different rate for different nationalities of the customers.
With our discounted rate, usually your booking do not allow for hotel membership or frequent flyer point accrual.
All fares and price quoted are correct at the time of publishing. The rates quoted in this site are subject to change without notice.
In the event, however, that a service is listed or provided to us at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or other error in pricing or service information received from our Providers, we retain the right to refuse or cancel any requests placed for such service. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such Requests whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your Request is canceled because of incorrect Provider information, we will promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Our payment is prepaid because they are discounted price, which is cheaper than normal walk-in rate up to 50%.
You can pay your booking by Credit card, Bank transfer or PayPal. You will be charged for the full cost of your reservation when we confirm your reservation of your room(s). If your reservation is not confirmed, your credit card will not be charged.
You will be able to choose the currency in which you would like to be charged for the payment. Under no circumstances will Gettheplace.com be liable for any kind of foreign exchange commissions that your bank might charge you.
You will be responsible for payment of all such extra charged direct to hotel. You will require a valid credit card for your hotel reservation. The cardholder must be one of the guests checking in or must sign our card authorization form and fax this to us before your arrival at hotel you selected.
Cancellation policies vary by hotels. It is stated in hotel cancellation policy of each hotel in within our site. In case of no show, no refund will be made.

By using our Services you agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations concerning your use of our Services and we will not assume any responsibility there of. We merely act as an intermediary between you and the hotels and so we do not have any control whatsoever over the quality of services or the charges of the hotels. We therefore are not responsible or liable in any way whatsoever in relation to any dispute arising between you and the hotels regarding their charges, quality of services, facilities or otherwise. The contract is made between you and the hotel concerned and so you should make all your claim or complaint against or settle it directly with the hotel concerned. It is also your own responsibility to obtain your valid visa (if necessary) and comply with all local health and custom requirements applicable to the place you are going to visit.
Gettheplace.com shall not be liable for damages of any kind arising out of any failure or delay by Gettheplace.com in performing any or all of our obligations contained herein or in respect of any product or service if the failure or delay is due to circumstances or cause beyond our reasonable control.
